It's a big week of releases with names such as DJ Snake, Imagine Dragons, Post Malone, Logic, David Guetta and many more. It was difficult to choose only five between such high quality music, but here is what stood out from the crowd in our opinion!
Lewis Capaldi has been mentioned multiple times as one of the future new music talent by many music industry blogs over the past few months. Releasing his debut EP ''Bloom'' under Universal Music label last October, he's back at it with a strong single (featuring Jessie Reyez) which is probably the first of another album to come later in the year.
Yes country music! I obviously had to pick one because I love country, but especially because it's Cole Swindell! ''Break Up in the End'' is a love song with a good chorus and nice melody lines. Being his first single since his last EP ''Down Home Sessions IV'' , we can only hope there's an album somewhere around coming soon!
I have to admit I never heard the name Billy Locket before, but this is my best discovery since a long time. Even if we can hear similarities with what is already being done on the market, his sound is refreshing and in some way unique to himself with his voice and his genre. I can see a bright future for the artist and I can't wait to hear more from him.
Vance Joy is back! This is actually the first single of his new album "Nation Of Two" that just came out today. It sounds a lot like his last album "Dream Your Life Away" and just seems like the continuation of it. You'll definitely hear a lot of Vance Joy on the radio for the next few months!
I'm not a big fan of Hip-Hop music but I have to say there's something special about Post Malone. His flow, the way he sings, the catchy melodies and his physical appearance definitely make him stand out from the other popular Hip-Hop artists. He announced earlier this week the release of ''Psycho'' which has been eagerly anticipated by the fans and we can only wish now for the release date of his next album ''Beerbongs & Bentleys'' that should be out in the next few months!
